DIRECTIONS: East on I-80 Exit then turn towards Heber US 40 (US 189) 67 miles toward Duchesne until you reach the Tabiona rest area, then begin watching for mile marker #71 and/or Street sign on North side of Highway 40 that reads 36730 West to sign that depicts Sam’s Wash Road, turn south for approximately 1.3 miles to our sign and section fence line to both sides of road, watch for survey markers and lot numbers from that point. Note: Travel time from Wasatch Front to property is approximately 1½ hours.
